Program Description:
The goal of our soccer week is to meet every player where they are and challenge them to work harder, faster, and with more precision on the ball—while building essential character traits like teamwork, persistence, integrity, and kindness. Through soccer, campers will develop their skills and strengthen their personal growth, both on and off the field.

Athletes receive ongoing instruction and frequent feedback from highly qualified coaches who are on the field at every session. As players work on fundamentals like ball control, passing, shooting, and first touch, they will also learn the importance of collaboration and supporting teammates. Coaches focus on both the technical aspects of the game and the value of playing with integrity, encouraging players to always give their best, respect others, and maintain a positive attitude.

Players will have a ball at their feet during a large part of every session and get hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of touches a day. They will be challenged to persevere, pushing through obstacles and growing more resilient, both in their skills and in their mindset. Regardless of ability, every player is pushed to the edge of their game so they improve as much as possible, learning the value of persistence.

All of this is accomplished in a positive and fun environment where students experience the excitement, joy, and freedom of playing soccer, while also learning to work together, show kindness, and develop strong relationships with their peers.

Players should wear appropriate soccer gear each day (t-shirt, shorts, long socks, and shin guards), and bring a soccer ball. In the event of rain, campers will play indoors and be introduced to futsal, the native game of Brazil.

Program Description:

Camp KO Flag Football offers a comprehensive introduction to America’s Game for young athletes entering grades 4-9. Whether participants are beginners seeking a solid foundation or experienced players honing their skills for league play, this program caters to all. The ‘skill of the day’ approach ensures campers learn both offensive and defensive aspects, covering passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning in an engaging and positive atmosphere.

In flag football, teams aim to score touchdowns by running or passing the ball downfield, with a key distinction being the “no contact” nature of the game. Defensive players focus on pulling flags off the ball carrier’s belt instead of tackling, reducing the risk of injury compared to tackle football. The program is crafted to help participants progressively enhance their performance and abilities throughout the week.

Emphasizing a love for the game and instilling sportsmanship values, Camp KO Flag Football provides an enriching experience that extends beyond the playing field. The week concludes with the highly anticipated Camp KO Sports Bowl, providing participants with the opportunity to showcase their newfound skills on the gridiron.

Players should have basic soccer experience, wear appropriate soccer gear each day (t-shirt, shorts, long socks, and shin guards), and bring a soccer ball. In the event of rain, campers will play indoors and be introduced to futsal, the native game of Brazil.

Program Description:

Camp KO Flag Football offers a comprehensive introduction to America’s Game for young athletes entering grades 4-8.
