WALKS Tournament vs Westminster School, Suffield Academy, Loomis Chaffee School – Away (scrimmage)
Varsity Girls Squash
Varsity Girls Squash opened the season with the annual WALKS Tournament , winning one of three matches.
Captain Cami Berckemeyer ’19 had a solid performance, going undefeated for the day and dropping zero games in her three matches at the number four spot. Amelia Levine ’20 played a hard-fought deciding match in the number seven spot for KO against Loomis, unfortunately losing in the end, but taking the final game into extra points (12-10) with a big crowd looking on. After losing her first match against Westminster, Claudia Petrie ’19 showed her resilience and won two close matches against Suffield and Loomis in the number five spot.
