Varsity Girls Soccer

The KO girls gave a fantastic effort again WWNEPSSA powerhouse Choate but came out on the losing side 3-0. KO played evenly with Choate in the first half with Caroline Sams coming close to drawing the score to 2-1, but the goalkeeper made an outstanding save keeping it at a 2-0 score at halftime. KO was able to break Choate’s defense periodically in the second half but could not find the back of the net. The entire defense including Addisen Nicholson, Taylor Caldwell, Gianna Guerrerea, Alex Doering, Delia Malz, and Dani Tippner were outstanding as was all the players that stepped on the field. KO is looking forward to their next challenge–Westminster on Saturday.
