We began by honoring our four seniors (Roman, Amogh, Ian, and Ted) on their final home match, and final match of the season. It was a rainy day so every match was indoors, and in the interest of time due to a match after us, we began with singles. Of course, the singles ended in a 3-3 deadlock, as KO earned wins at 1,2,3 (Ciaran, Pratt, and Will) and Salisbury won at 4,5,6. It would come down to doubles to determine the fourth and decisive point. Due to Amogh’s arm injury, we had to change our doubles lineup and split the strong duo of Ciaran Concepcion and Pratt Blair. So, Pratt and Will Maclean teamed up at #1 and Ciaran joined forces with Saahit Gaddipati at #2. The 3rd doubles was the senior pairing of Roman Moray and Ted Simons. Salisbury played quite well at #3, earning a convincing win, while KO earned a decisive win at #2. The closest of the three doubles matches was #1, as Pratt and Will earned an 8-5 win. It was an exciting finish to the season~!
