V Boys Tennis

We knew that this would be a tough match against a talented and very balanced Choate squad. Their depth in the middle and bottom of the lineup was simply too much for us, though we got a great effort from Roman Moray at #5 singles who played his best tennis of the season. At the top two spots, once again our sophomore duo of Pratt Blair and Ciaran Concepcion played well. After winning the first set, Ciaran ultimately split sets and lost a tightly contested tiebreaker 10-8. At #2 , Blair’s opponent was remarkably consistent, winning in tow close sets. Our final match is Wednesday at home vs. Salisbury, as our seniors play in their final KO match!
