The team knew we would have our most challenging match yet against Westminster, and the individual game scores reflected the immense effort the Wyverns put into this trying match.

Down two games in the number four spot, Izzy Berckemeyer ’21 won the third in extra points and continued on to win her match 3-2 in a convincing display of mental and physical endurance against a tough opponent. Amelia Levine ’20 showed her mettle in a difficult loss in the number six spot by chasing down every ball until the very last point, even making some dives to keep the points going.
