Amrita Natarajan ’22 and Mai Lin Pomp-Shine ’20 both adjusted their deep and shallow shot patterns to pull off successful 3-1 wins in the no. 6 and 7 spots, respectively. It was a match full of precise drop shots, carefully placed straight drives, and aggressive serving for Izzy Berckemeyer ’21, Amelia Levine ’20, Sloan Duvall ’21 Ely Alleyne ’23, and Shreeya Chalikonda ’21, who all took their matches 3-0 in the no. 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 spots. Sydney Smith ’21 used her measured control of the front of the court to win 3-1 in the no. 1 spot.
