Softball – Girls Varsity vs Cheshire Academy – Away

Varsity Softball

Kingswood Falls to Cheshire on Saturday 13-0.

After retiring the Wyverns in order in the 1st, Cheshire scores it’s lead off batter in the bottom half to take a 1-0 lead. Kingswood behind strong pitching and defense kept the score 1-0 until the home half of the 4th. A 3 run HR gave Cheshire a 4-0 lead. KO couldn’t find an out in the 5th, Cheshire plated 9 with a combination of some seeing eye singles and a couple defensive miscues.
