V Boys Soccer

On Saturday, September 14th, Kingswood Oxford took on Greenwich Country at home. After some early back and forth, Greenwich managed to take the lead in the 35th minute when the ball dropped kindly from 3 yards out following a corner kick. However, Kingswood, who had three starters unavailable from the win against Hotchkiss, responded positively with player of the game Tadgh Dillow scoring a header off a corner just before halftime. The second half saw both teams fighting hard looking for a winner, with standout performances from a number of KO players, many of whom were making their first starts of the season. Despite the efforts from both teams, the game ended in a draw, 1-1.
