MS Girls Lacrosse
The MS girls lacrosse team finally played their first game of the season, after two previous cancellations, on a rainy Wednesday afternoon and though the girls gave a solid effort, Foote came out on top 7-5.
KO didn’t find the net until they were already down 4 goals and at the half the score was 4-1 for Foote. The KO girls put forth a solid effort in the second half lead by Zora DeRham ‘23 in goal who made some spectacular one on one saves. Lindsay Bailey ‘22 and Jordan DiMauro ‘23 hustled on the defensive end and Alex Arnold ‘23 did a solid job helping to clear the ball. Ava Danler ‘23 had the first two goals for KO, the second off a nice assist from Alyssa Pavano ‘22, who then added two more goals. Caroline Dawson ‘22 found the net as well. Hana Roggendorf ‘23 and Gianna Christiana ‘22 played solid games at the midfield in their first ever lacrosse game.
