Lacrosse – Boys Varsity vs Canterbury School – Home
Varsity Boys Lacrosse
The Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse team lost their second straight game on Wednesday to a talented Canterbury squad.
As was the case against Greens Farms, turnovers plagued the offense and gave a significant advantage in time of possession to the opposition, forcing our defense to lay heavy minutes. Fortunately, the defense was once again up to that task, surrendering only one goal in the first quarter and four in the second half. Standing out on the day was Owen Jakacky ‘20, who had his best game to date and made improvements in the clearing game in the second half. The team will look to get back to the win column on Saturday when they welcome Avon Old Farms Varsity B to campus.
