Golf – JV vs Avon Old Farms School, Deerfield Academy – Away

After a cold week JV Golf got some nice spring weather for our first time official match of the season against Avon Old Farms and Deerfield Academy. 

Alex Braunstein had a phenomenal round in the #1 spot, leading his team with par after par. Making some excellent approach shots and one-putts. He was head to head with Avon Old Farms leader only missing him by 2 strokes, earning a 42 for the round. Following by Lily Liu with a consistent and solid round posting a 49 and impressing all who had the opportunity to see her play. Arie Lang followed with a 51, having many strong shots with great accuracy! Stryckland Whittley – Ligon also earned himself a 51 with three pars throughout the round helping lift up his team! We are proud of the performance today with tough green conditions. Looking forward to our next match against Choate Rosemary Hall and Taft next Wednesday!
