The Wyverns opened the season with a complete team win against the visiting Rumsey Hall Blue Dogs. The game was a back and forth battle, but the Wyverns pressure defense led to several fast break opportunities and they eventually pulled away in the final quarters. It was a well-rounded scoring effort with several players getting into the playbook. A great win to open the season.
