The KO varsity baseball team opened the season with a 7-4 win against Taft. Boden Swanson drove in 5 runs with a sac fly in the first and a grand slam in the second inning. Dom Trolio had 3 hits including 2 doubles to lead the offense. Adam Merritt pitched 4.2 innings striking out 8 to earn the win for the Wyverns.
