Heading into this game, the undefeated Wyverns were riding a 5-game win streak, outscoring their opponents 74 – 26;

however, success can breed complacency, and so it was that on an unseasonably cold day, Loomis upset KO at home, 5-4. Elijah Wells was excellent behind the plate at catcher, and his big bat and aggressive base running are what kept the Wyverns in the game. On Saturday, 5/21, KO seeks to avenge this loss by defeating Loomis on their turf.
