Sharon Migdal believes in creating a positive and safe learning environment for her students so they can focus on higher-order thinking. While a research consultant at a private school in New York, she researched the middle school students’ intrinsic motivations for learning. She also piloted a social-emotional learning program for kindergarten through fifth-grade students. As a DEI task force member, she implemented new practices to uphold culturally responsive teaching so that all students can achieve their best. She’s excited to bring her energy and enthusiasm to KO.

With a lifelong connection to the New England Music Camp, a five-year tenure as a performing arts faculty at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child in Summit, New Jersey, and a professional background as a touring musical theater performer, Mr. Wiggin is passionate about developing arts programming that is accessible to all students. He takes delight when a student who has never seen a show or been to a classical concert attends a performance and walks away with a newfound appreciation for the art form. In his most recent position, Wiggin served as the primary director of the plays and musicals, taught vocal performance, and designed a new curriculum for courses in the areas of theater and production, which contributed to doubling course enrollment.
